As the Accounting Manager at Gunung Prisma, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the steel industry.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, as well as participate in long-term financial planning. Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements specific to the steel industry. Stay updated on industry-specific accounting practices.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide actionable insights to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.
Cash Management: Manage cash flow by optimizing working capital and monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Audit and Tax Coordination: Coordinate annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in financial operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
Financial Systems: Oversee the utilization and optimization of accounting software and financial systems to streamline operations and reporting.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and executives, to provide financial guidance and support business initiatives.

Qualification:
